Cagayan de Oro City_ A disciplined citizenry, clean surroundings, and transparent governance are qualities that Robert "Bert" Amplayo, who is eyeing a seat in the Sangguniang Panglungsod wants for the city.
Amplayo, running as an independent candidate for Councilor in the city's 1st District, said that he will work hard so that CdO would be a world-class city. He aspires for CdO to replicate Bonafacio Global City, a smart and environmentally safe city
