The 2025 Palarong Panlalawigan officially opened today with the presence of Gov. XJ Romualdo, along with Vice-Gov. Dandan Romualdo, members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, mayors and officials from the five towns, and the Department of Education-Division of Camiguin.
Athletes and coaches from each town showcased their salute as part of the opening ceremony of the event. Gov.
