Meet Ike Olandesca, teacher, school builder, scholarships giver, source of inspiration. Ike Olandesca's journey to success comes from sheer determination and academic excellence.
A native Kagay-anon, Olandesca was a full-time academic and sports scholar during his college years in Marawi. Ike strove and overcame challenges that moulded him into an education champion.

Armed with a master's degree in management, Olandesca, with his wife Ramonette, established Little Me Academy, a private school that specializes in quality early childhood and secondary education. As a scholarship giver, complete with allowances and other perks, Olandesca is proud of his four thousand and six hundred twenty senior high school students who graduated since the year 2020.
Sir Ike, as he is fondly known, is also a staunch advocate of digitalization and utilizes state of the art technology and has established an e-library for convenience and accessibility for his pupils.
Aspiring for a city councilor seat in Cagayan de Oro's 2nd District under the Team Padayon OSM slate of former mayor Oscar Moreno, Olandesca is advocating ordinances for diverse and enhanced scholarships. Stressing that internet connectivity is a necessity rather than a luxury, Olandesca pushes for a city-wide free WiFi access as he insists that no student should be left behind. Sir Ike also believes that jobs and opportunities all rely on connectivity.

Appealing for support this coming midterm elections as number 20 in the ballot for city councilor, Ike Olandesca's battle cry is " Kay Ike Olandesca, Sa Edukasyon, Sure Ka! Kay Ang Cagay-anong Edukado, Makatrabaho Ug Mu-Asenso!".
