JE Hydro Now Serves Potable Water To Barangay Balubal, CdO

March 8, 2025, Barangay Balubal, Cagayan de Oro City_Residents of Barangay Balubal, this city, are now rejoicing because potable and dependable water supply is now accessible after an inauguration ceremony Saturday which made a dream come true for water-distressed villagers.

Thanks to JE Hydro & Bio-Energy Corporation and Task Girce Patubig Development Corporation for putting up a 5 million liter per day level 3 water supply facility in this elevated village.

A modular water treatment plant is located at Sitio Kibaga, which processes raw water from the nearby Agusan river and distributes potable water to households and subdivisions in Barangays Balubal and Agusan.

The water supply plant and distribution facility costs P210 million and consists of nine components with an operations and maintenance office.
