Cagayan de Oro City – In a formal ceremony held earlier this week, twenty-two new appointees from various offices of the Cagayan de Oro local government took their oath of office before Mayor Rolando Klarex Uy. These new officials have officially assumed permanent status and promotions within their respective positions, marking an important milestone in their careers and in strengthening the city's workforce.
During the Oathtaking Ceremony, Mayor Uy took the opportunity to remind the new employees of the great responsibility entrusted to them. He emphasized that their positions are not only an honor but also an opportunity to make significant contributions to their families and the community. “Take care of the duties entrusted to you; this is a great help to your families,” Mayor Uy said, urging them to always be diligent and committed in serving the people. He also called on the new appointees to uphold integrity and dedication in their work, reminding them of their crucial role in public service.
