Larrazabal said that having these four pillars are like building a house with a good basic foundation, all for the benefit of the barangays.

The PBP partylist bets believe that it is a fundamental right to have clean water. Because of this, they are supporting the creation of the Department of Water Resources to oversee the policy implementation and institutional reforms.
