PBP stands for empowerment of barangays in terms of better healthcare, more access to potable water, electrification through solar power and more, "thus expounded PBP partylist 1st nominee Attorney Gregorio "Goyo" Larrazabal during the Job Interview program for the 2025 midterm elections over DZRH radio.

Larrazabal, the youngest ever former commissioner of the Comelec, said that PBP has many plans, and these are all for the betterment of our country.

"We are here as your partners, and we are here not only for the present generation but also for our children and grandchildren. And hopefully, in the next three years, we can work together for better healthcare, more access to potable water and electrification through solar systems for undeserved barangays in our country, "disclosed Goyo.
