TISAY’S Tapsi is not just your ordinary silog provider here in CDO. It is swarmed by students and workers from Dvsoria alike since they aside from being the yummiest, their katsu and silog offerings are one of the most affordable here in the city.
Tisay’s originated in 2015 along Dolores-Pabayo streets and through the years even during the time of the pandemic, it has never looked back since it was flourished with patrons all throughout.
In 2023, Tisay’s decided to relocate even nearer to Dvsoria particularly at Eat Town Food Park just across Grand Central in Hayes St. They retain the following flavors that they have been loved through the years – katsu meals (chicken, pork chop, shrimp) and silog meals (tapa, tocino, sisig, bangus, hotdog, longganisa, ham, corned beef).
